Title: Host/Hostess Location: IN-Fort Wayne Under the immediate direction of the Nutritional Services Specialist and/or Group Leader, performs a variety of patient room service, dining room service, dishwashing, and other related tasks. The Hospitality Host/Hostess assists in preparing food items, assembling, preparing foods for patient/ team member meal trays, takes patient/team member room service phone calls, delivers meal trays to patient rooms/staff lounges, may be requested to serve food items in the cafeteria, maintains cleanliness storeroom areas, and the kitchen areas, and works in the dish room cleaning, sanitizing and putting dishes away. Responsible for following HACCP guidelines regarding food preparation and storage.
